I was in a car wreck (passenger) and it was obliterated from the left elbow, down. Driver was sober, but was getting punched in the face by his girlfriend. 6 surgeries, sepsis, many, many broken bones including part of my face, and 10 months of physical therapy later, I'm here. I joined DR to help figure out my survivor's guilt. Why I lived and soo many people didn't. It also helps with my PTSD. If you see enough of it, things dont affect you as much and you can think logically through it. Plus I can only imagine the number of pointers at the scene.  |
If so, don't leave us in the dark wondering what the hell happened to a fellow DR'er for them to lose a hand.
