Re: 7 Things Your Poop Says About You.
You may want to start with a LOT more FIBER and WATER daily. Also, implementation of regular exercise and stretching. I have been using Ido Portal's challenge of squatting in a rest position for a cumulative total of 30 minutes/day. I have been doing this for about 6-9 months. (Oriental squat not the Western squat) That has made a BIG difference because, in an Oriental squat, your organs - including your colon - start to realign into their natural orientation and positioning. Western diet, posture, sitting, lack of exercise and lack of mobility eventually causes real problems. Many of these can be reversed or eliminated fairly easily. |

Re: 7 Things Your Poop Says About You.
I eat a ton of fiber and do a ton of exercise, also drink upwards of 5 liters of water a day (competitive bodybuilder). I think my problem is down to the sheer mass of food I eat, usually around 6000 cals worth of "clean" food a day, it's bound to cause a ring splitter to pop out every once in a while |
