The reason it could be grey is that in a lot of epidermoid cysts it's filled with basically wet n' old skin cells (macerated keratin), and sometimes (usually in people with darker skin) the contents come out grey or even black because of the melanin in the skin.

Dig the non sterile use of any sort of clean towel or gloves let alone blade to cut it open. Next post will be maggots infestation due to non closure of the site. Disgusting! However, I will enjoy the next step of infection! |
