Premature thelarche

Breast development may occur in girls aged <3 years, and can then spontaneously regress. This is often seen in girls under the age of 3 years and is caused by maternal oestrogens in the early months. There is fairly static breast development before true puberty eventually occurs at the normal time. It is a benign condition confirmed by:

Absence of any other signs of puberty.
Normal growth with appropriate bone age (ie no growth spurt).
Minimal increase in breast tissue with time (can even decrease).
Appropriate uterine dimensions for age (ultrasound) with normal endometrial echo and no vaginal bleeding.

18 fucking days old?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! I've seen precocious puberty in maybe, 5 or 6 year-olds, mainly because their fathers are using some sort of testosterone creams and lotions, and when they touch their children enough with the stuff it triggers early development, but 18 DAYS OLD????????????????? What in the name of fuck??????????????????????????????????

It is, although she wouldn't have eaten any yet.

I talk with parents and caregivers when I pick up my oldest great niece at school. She is 10 now.

Girls are developing in kindergarten and they all blame it on the additives!

It's hard trying to explain about the perverts who would be looking at their, "baby boobs," as a neighbor called them, with bad intent.

Young children would be naked all the time, if it was up to them.
