A 16-year-old girl was kidnapped and stabbed more than 80 times by his best friend and two other people.

A 16 year old teenager was kidnapped and tortured for 15 hours by two adults and another minor in Soledad, Atlántico. The case of violence occurred in the Villa Muvdi-(Colombia) neighborhood, where authorities are looking for those responsible for the attack.

It is known that the young victim is in serious health condition at the General Hospital of Barranquilla and that the main responsible for his kidnapping and torture is another young man of the same age who was supposedly his best friend.

Last March 20, the young assailant summoned the girl to his house to talk, but once she arrived, he assaulted her, locked her in the bathroom and stabbed her repeatedly. Subsequently, the aggressor's mother arrived home, who, surprised by what her son did, decided to cover it up and also attacked the young woman with a knife.

It is also known that two other adults also participated in the torture of the minor, who received a total of more than 80 stab wounds in her body during the course of her abduction. In addition, her assailants covered her mouth and nose with a date to try to asphyxiate her, but she survived.

The police are now looking for the assailants to bring them to justice for this crime.

Young men linked to the kidnapping and torture of teenager are sent to prison

The minors involved in the kidnapping and torture of a 16 year old girl, in events that occurred on Friday, March 19 in an apartment located in Villa Muvdi, Soledad, were sent to juvenile detention centers.

The accused had been apprehended by investigators of the group of Childhood and Adolescence of the Metropolitan Police of Barranquilla, after they were accused by the victim of having held her in the house, in addition to having caused blows and injuries with a knife. The young woman also told those in charge of investigating her case that they tried to suffocate her with a bag and that the mother of one of the aggressors also attacked her.

After collecting enough evidence, the judicial police had the elements for the case to be handled by a prosecutor of the Specialized Center for Adolescents of the Prosecutor's Office, where yesterday the hearings were held before a judge.

The crimes that the prosecutor accused the two teenagers of were aggravated attempted homicide, kidnapping and torture, but neither of them finally accepted them, although at first the young man, who is the boyfriend of the other arrested woman, had said that he did accept being guilty, but his lawyer intervened before the judge did and asked that this acceptance be ignored, since he "had not been able to advise" his client and that he should talk to him, for which he asked for some time before continuing in the hearing.

Once the conversation between the defendant and his defense attorney was over, the proceedings continued and the young man decided not to plead guilty to the charges. His girlfriend did not accept responsibility either, according to a source who had access to the hearing.

However, the administrator of justice decided that the minors could not be released and placed them under preventive detention. He was sent to the El Oasis detention center, located in Soledad, Atlántico, while she was sent to a similar place, but located in Bogotá.
