No insurance, probably not much money. The docs did the surgery just to get the tumor out and were paid by donations.

Hopefully after a few more surgeries, she'll look a little better. But, I'm sure the main thing was to just get the tumor out and worry about her looks later.

I've watched her documentary before on tv..it took her family so long to have it removed because they were dirt ass poor. The operation took a very, very long time )I'm thinking the first half was 12 or 18 hours), so yeah, she has a long road ahead of her for recovery and reconstruction.
