Ok, I did not read all 5 pages but I did see that one person asked about the money for the food this guy eats. How the FUCK does he pay for all that food? Welfare won't pay for it. Disability won't pay for it. So who the fuck pays for a years worth of food in one month? Cut of his source of income and the workers cooking and cleaning for his nasty ass and he will loose some of that huge freakish flesh!Cut the money and he will loose weight!

I've never understood why morbidly obese people like this don't just have surgery to remove the fat? At least in the stomach. They do liposuction, so here they could just cut open the abdomen, cut out the fat, then cut off the loose skin and sew them back up. It would be so much easier than having to clean dried feces from under his legs.
