Young Woman Shot Three Times
19 year old woman who lived with her grandmother was found on the side of the road this week. She'd been shot three times. Once in the forearm, once in the shoulder, and once in the head. The police said that she had brain matter extruding from her skull, but that she was still alive. They tried to stabilize her and get her to the emergency room but she was dead by the time they reached the hospital. The supposition is that she was shot somewhere else and dumped on the road, since there were no blood splatters nor bullet casings on the road at all. Her grandmother ID'd her body and said that she'd been kicked out of her mothers for drinking too much and running with a bad crowd. She'd been doing better until recently, where she started making new friends that drank too much and messed about with drugs. Granny thinks it was a bad boyfriend that did her in. But who knows. Three or four years of drinking hard and partying harder isn't going to do much to improve her looks, I guess. Plus, she has been shot in the head so I seriously doubt that helps the situation. |
