Aspirated stomach contents. Vomiting is not uncommon in violent deaths, either while the body is dying or shortly thereafter. If you look closely, it also appears that she vomited on her shirt and in the seat. Chances are the hand was across her lap when she puked and was moved for the closeup shot of the tattoo.

The human body goes into all sorts of revolt while it is dying and struggling to stay alive. This particular girl lost her lunch, peed in her shorts, and quite possibly dropped a deuce too, though only the first two are visible in these photos.
