Young Woman is Shot to Death in Ecatepec, Her Baby Survives
June 2, 2019. Ecatepec. MEXICO. A young woman was shot to death in the Altavilla neighborhood in the municipality of Ecatepec on Monday night. Next to the young woman was her one-year-old baby, alive, with no visible injuries and apparently unharmed. The victim was identified by her family as 20-year-old R.I. and her daughter as 'A'. Police reports suggest that the event happened around 9:30 at night on Avenida del Risco. There, neighbors reported femicide. The body of the young woman was transferred by the Attorney General of the State of Mexico to the Forensic Medical Service to carry out the autopsy and continue with the investigations and find the person or persons responsible for the murder.  ·  ·  ·  ·  · |
