Yes indeed, Stalin was a godless motherfucker. I always gave the Russians the benefit of the doubt, until they seized some business assets I had. They wanted to fuck with me because I am a USA citizen and they wanted to steal about 160K USD from me (Russian double header). I got it back, all of it, but it took a lawyer and 2000 USD in fees. Don't deposit any money in Russian owned banks outside Russia, specifically Sberbank, you can kiss it goodbye!

The Ukrainians broke away from Russia during the 1917 Revolution, but Stalin took them back. Then during the 1930's he induced a famine and killed 7 to 10 million Ukrainians. (If I'm not mistaken, there is a post on here of Ukrainians selling children's bodies to eat, This was during that famine) At the end of WWII they tried to break away again, and again Stalin screwed them. The finally did it again after the Soviet Union collapsed, but now Russia wants Uke territory as a buffer. My personal hope is that the Ukrainians win, and the Russians are evicted. Glad you got your money back. |

Possibly hvy shrapnel from a mortar or other explosive(s) landing near her. A “bomb” and there’d be nothing but a crater. |
