Young Woman Found Murdered in Tulunan, Cotabato
PHILIPPINES - At around 3:00 AM October 11, 2018, a young woman was found murdered in Tulunan (near the border of Mlang), Cotabato. Some Facebook users commented that she was raped, while some say that she was involved in drugs. I was not able to verify these claims, though I notice that her mini shorts are open.
