I guess you'll have to take the word "executed" in the plain meaning of the word: She has been forced to kneel and then shot. I would guess she was shot from behind, but as far as it is possible to see, there is blood on her front while her back and the back of her head look undamaged.

Btw: I can't recall to have seen men executed this way, maybe they are less cooperative.

Guys usually are not as flexible as women, but I've seen guys fall into a similar position when being executed with a shot to the back of the head while kneeling. In one video I recall the executioner pulling their legs back after they collapsed forward to lay the body prone.

Guys are usually blindfolded and shot while on their knees. I've never seen one in that position. I assume if it varies from country to country.
