Decapitated by another vehicle  . No trauma to the head considering the force excelled to decapitate the person.

When my aunt was a teenager she was in a car with a bunch of her friends. Just being stupid teenagers, one of the girls stuck her head out the window and a semi came by and she was struck. Her body fell inside the car, the rest went by way of truck. When my aunt tells the story her eyes look haunted.
