A baby's or toddler's bones are more flexible than an adult's, plus the other side of his head isn't visible.

He'll have severe internal trauma. Organ rupture and multiple fractures.

My mum's nan was crushed against a wall by a truck and the only external signs was a small cut on her face. Her body looked fine but internally, was far from it.

when i was a cub scout the den mother had a small son 5 who would watch us put cans under the steam roller that was redoing the streets. yup, no one was watching and the little guy was smashed. never forget. watch your kids
