I think this is a case of the Looper film in reverse. Judging by those shorts, he's been transported from the 80's and killed today.

2 dudes on 2 bikes? That's tactically superb. NO way to catch them, especially if you try to pursue them in ONE car (look what happened once to this police patrol car: half car wanted to pursue the dude to the left, the other half wanted to pursue the dude to the right)   |
