Young Pregnant Lady Killed by Fisherman
In Nhamundá, on 17th June 2016, 23 year old fisherman, Israel Pantoja Souza, killed 20 year old Francilene Martins Almeida, who was 3 months pregnant. Israel had been arguing with Francilene's husband, 27 year old Abraão Gomes de Almeida + a man known as 'Tene'. Israel took a shotgun from Tene + headed for Abraão's house. Francilene answered the door + said that she didn't want any trouble. Israel fired the gun at her, killing her. Israel + Tene fled the scene. |

That's EXACTLY what a shotgun wound looks like. What do you think made all those small, round holes?? Buckshot from a shotgun shell......that's what!

Re: Young Pregnant Lady Killed by Fisherman
The round was fired from - I'm guessing - approximately 20 ft. away. A 00 Buckshot cartridge generally carries about 9 .32 caliber balls. The wounding shown is a function of the shot pattern of the shotgun which is a function of the weight/caliber of buckshot used and of the distance from the target when the shotgun was fired. Had the shotgun been fired much closer to the target, you would have indeed seen gaping holes because the pattern would have had less time to disperse. |
