Young Pregnant Lady Died - Baby Missing
19 year old Á.E.R., an orphan, had ran away from home many times since she was 15 years old. Recently, she had been staying with a woman named 'M' (who no one appears to know anything about). 'Á' had let her aunt know that she was currently 7 months pregnant. 'Á' had been attending her hospital appointments + had been staying in the hospital. 'M' had prevented 'Á's family from visiting. On 2nd September 2018, 'Á' was found dead in a street in Veracruz. During the autopsy, it was revealed that 'Á' had given birth naturally + lost a lot of blood. The placenta was still inside her but the baby + umbilical cord were nowhere to be found. 'M' tried to prevent 'Á's aunt from taking her body for burial, but as she was not related to her, her attempts were pointless. 'Á's body was veiled in her grandmother's house + was buried 2 days after her death. It was thought that 'Á' had been murdered but her cause of death was said to have been due to hypovolemic shock from postpartum hemorrhage. An investigation has been opened to find the whereabouts of 'Á's baby.

i saw in a previous thread a headless baby was found but that happened 390,4 km from where this girl was found dead but you never know.

M probably want the baby. Must be the reason she was taken care of, relatives kept out and now the baby is missing. probably hidden. must have had an agreement between A and M as well as possible death scenario.
