Young Nurse Shot Execution Style
Yesterday this 26 years old nurse was found dead with her hands cuffed and two bullets in her forehead. Looks to me like she is forced down on her back with the arms over her head and then brutally shot in the forehead, while she was fully aware what was coming. She is not known to have any connection with crime. On the other hand this looks like a planned execution, not something done by an upset husband. Happened in Brazil in the state of Rio de Janeiro |

Re: Young Nurse Shot Execution Style
I used to think the same. Then I became an RN and studied like mad for four years with no real life outside school, and then on to work where I worked 12 hour shifts, rotating, sometimes 36 hours back to back with no rest. Then I got sick of that and went back to med school, where I spent five years with zero life outside school Now then I'm in residency where 24 hours on, 36 hours off, rotating shifts, is the norm. Now when I see an overweight healthcare worker, I think of all the late nights nibbling pizza and Doritos or grabbing Burger King between classes or eating doughnuts and drinking gallons of coffee in the nurse's station just to stay awake in the midnight hours. It's not an easy life. |
