Beautifully tragic... I couldn't imagine the pain of burying a child. Knowing that it was due to an infection that was most likely treatable makes it even harder.  |

My husband worked with a guy whose little baby died from a common cold that just got really bad in his lungs. We went to the funeral because my husband said he could not go alone and most of his coworkers were going. It was fucking horrible The mother looks so lovingly like she is just putting him for a nap. |

My son passed of meningitis which wasnt a treatable strain, there are many infections that unfortunately are not treatable. |

Not looking for sympathy here but my son died 16 years ago and its not true when they say time heals all wounds cause it hurts more now. At least back then i was in a state of shock, but that wears off. Very saddened for her, the baby looks so sweet. |
