Young Man Shot Dead Whilst Driving His Car.
On the afternoon of Saturday, June 6, 2020, at around 3:45 pm, rescuers from the Siate of Foz do Iguaçu were called in to travel to Avenida Gramado, near Pilarzinho, between Bairro Plaza Foz and Três Lagoas, to give assistance to a victim of FAF (gunshot wound). A black GM / Cruze vehicle with Mercosur was found at the site, the vehicle collided with a wire fence several firearm shots hit the driver. Siate rescuers with medical support attested the death. Relatives of the dead driver were in the place and in the midst of so much sadness some even got sick. The man was identified as a male, 32 years old, and according to popular information the victim was involved in a traffic accident, in which the other driver shot several times at the victim, who died on the spot.        |

After reading other articles it seems the gentleman had an accident with another car. Unfortunately the other driver was a nutcase. As the victim tried to get away, he was shot several times. So I guess the seatbelt was the last thing on his mind.

so now they get also shot after a traffic accident. maybe the accident was part of a hit and kill
