Young Man Shot Dead in Brazil
On 28th of September 2018 in Santa Cruz, a young man identified as E.d.N.A was shot dead. He was armed with a revolver and had been committing robberies in the area, he had been fitted with an electronic ankle monitor over previous crimes but had covered the device in tin foil to avoid detection.     |
