Kinda strange, but there's blood in his left ear (second-to-last shot) and that divot in his left temple don't look right. Possible stable pre-existing injury but paired with the blood in the ear and the fact the guy's dead... I dunno. I also think they're .22cal bullet wounds - you can see a graze on his right upper arm (last shot shows it best, pointing right at the cluster of entry wounds). Could be from a stabbing weapon, but still.

I'd say shotgun with birdshot.
lol... that would be double ought by the number. he would have hundreds of holes. could be from a .410 and buckshot

It's birdshot.... shotgun shells have little bb type pellets in them. When they hit the target they scatter so to speak, creating multiple injuries. X-rays of the pellets are interesting because you can see how far they scatter within the human body.
