Young Man Killed by PCC
The young man confessed in the video that he was in debt to several people (drug money) + that PCC (Primeiro Comando da Capital) will make him pay (by killing him). A Brazilian man kindly translated the video for me. Here's what is being said: July 13th, 2018. Afghanistan tower, decision by CDC discipline. I'm dying for turned my back on the crime commitments, got in debt with four different persons and didn't pay them, four times for the CDC dealers, a lot of extrapolated deadlines, and now...PCC is going to "collect the debts". We want to be clear that the hunt season for the CDC debtors are open! Signed, PCC.  |
