Here in the Philippines Tandem Bike Riders gets flagged down and interviewed for a bit longer time than normal checkpoint SOP. That is due to too many deaths delivered by 2 men on motorbikes...

That sucks IF the hit was really intended for the brother and is the brother telling the police that he was in a gun fight recently and vows to get revenge? aren’t the police there going to watch him closely and just be waiting to arrest him? hmm?
