Young Man Found Decapitated
On the afternoon of 17th October 2018 in Corumbá, 21 year old M.L.P.L. was found dead. 'M', who had been missing since the night before, had been beheaded + had gunshot wounds to his hands, shoulders + head. Police suspect that 'M' had involvement with a criminal faction as he can be seen in the video below with his hands tied, asking for forgiveness from criminals.
