Happened 7th May 2018

At 100 Shpakovskaya Street, an explosion occurred in an apartment building on the 8th floor. According to the ATV media source, it became known that the former SOBRovets Zaitsev, born in 1977, committed suicide.

There is no fire at the scene. Bearing structures of the house were not injured.

Also, witnesses report evacuation of nearby houses and schools No. 17 and No. 22. Evacuees are transferred to the last school from home.

Law enforcement agencies are working at the scene of the incident. Now the territory of the courtyard of the house is cordoned off, the traffic on one side is blocked.

Information is verified. Intelligence agencies have not yet commented on what happened.

Hopefully they got some private companies over there in Russia that the building's owner can hire to clean it. Cause like you said, I don't think the custodian's gonna want to clean that mess up.

You know, I was a bit naive about stuff like this when I was younger. I remember being totally stunned when I learned that the police would just leave a horrific crime scene behind for the victim's families to clean after their investigation.

I thought there was like a government agency or whatever that would come and clean the site. I mean given it's potential of becoming a biological hazard and what not, that would make sense, right? Wrong!

I found out that indeed, that just wasn't the case, when a friend of mine's Father committed suicide with a hunting rifle in their home. They had to clean it after the police finished their investigation. It was horrible, I go to see him and his Mother 2 days after and that's when he told me the 2 of them had to clean it up.

Which made sense given the understandably terrible job they did. On the ceiling there was a brownish stain and brown splatters on the wall. While there I noticed something on the side of one of their family photos hanging on the wall. My suspicions were confirmed when I walked over to look. It was a brownish gray hunk of flesh with hair sticking out of it. It was horrendous.

Anyway, I like your avatar guy, Queens Of The Stone Age are awesome. I'm a drummer and I play their songs constantly, especially "Little Sister" for some reason.
