Drugs do have a vicious death cycle. Person tries it, becomes addicted, their habit grows, the do whatever they can to get it, owe money to the dealer and executed (which doesn't get the dealer their money but makes them more violent to future addicts in hock).

This is one thing I never understood. If someone owes me money, the last thing I am going to do is kill them. If I shoot them that only means I will never get my money back. Gotta work out a better system. I want my money and I can't get it if your dead.
