Young Lady Kidnapped from Work + Shot Dead
On the afternoon of 20th June 2016, Ana Patricia Figueroa Bárcenas was killed by armed men who stormed her logging business "Las Brisas" in Periférico. The men had beaten Ana's employees. They searched the premises (for reasons unknown) + turned over all the rooms. Afterwards, they took Ana in a car, believed to be her own. Some time later she was killed + her body was found the next day with a gunshot wound to her head. Ana's father, a former soldier, Marcelino Figueroa, was killed by gunmen at the business a few years previous. **There were watermarks on 2 of the photos + I tried my best to get rid of them. There doesn't seem to be a lot of articles about this murder + I couldn't find an uncensored death photo of her face.**          |

A logging business? That's unique and probably something she inherented from her daddy since he died first. I wonder what the heck they (bad men/women) were looking for? Cash? Drugs?  |
