Young Lady Dead + Another Injured After Motorbike Crash
In the early hours of 30th March 2019 in La Romana (Domican Republic), 3 people were travelling on a motorbike. They were speeding along , did not notice the speed bump + crashed. E.M., a Venezuelan woman, died at the scene. 18 year old F.L.C.N. was injured. The 3rd person, a man who was the rider of the motorbike was nowhere to be found, it's thought that he was uninjured + fled the scene.

It happens way too often, especially in Asian countries where the whole family pile on. The poor children don't stand a chance over there.

most places have signs posted, prior to the speed bump. this isn't most places.
