not everyone lives in a very controlled community and environment. third world countries are mostly dog eats dog rules and most youngster already have to learn to support themselves at a very early age. Easy to make comments like that when you're in a country where they have homes for every thing and welfare checks for the unemployed. third world countries have a lot of qualified workers but not enough job to accommodate them all so no matter how much you study, or how many medals you get from school, chances are you will still be unemployed and will have to find another means to survive.
