Yeah, and it gets weirder. At first I thought she was in rigor, but her legs are bent naturally at the knees. The way her arm is being held above the elbow, it would naturally bend the way it is configured, so the arm is probably limp too. So what are they doing? Are they sitting her up and manipulating her to see if she shows any response? I've seen some strange stuff with Asian drowning victims previously, like one picture of a guy massaging a drowned girl's foot as if that could help revive her. Anything goes in interpreting the way they are handling this girl.
