Young Detainee Decapitated Last Night
Last night (21st July 2018) inside the Socio-educational Center (CSE) in Boa Vista, 16 year old Paulo Henrique Medeiros Soares was decapitated + quartered. It's thought that the murder was over a dispute between criminal factions. He was a member of CV, while some of the other 15 inmates in the same room were members of PCC. Paulo had been detained for 2 days for stealing a mobile phone.    |

I've read psychological stuff on killers that says if they're doing this shit, at that age, there's no hope for them. Burn the fun house down, with them in it.
