Young Cambodian Man Killed by 4 Boys
An 18 year old boy was murdered in Steung Sen on 4th July 2018. 4 boys between the ages of 17-19 were arrested + they confessed to the crime.       |

I always find it weird when the murderer is holding the weapon in a photo. I just assume that out of shot there's a police officer pointing a gun at them so they wouldn't dare use the weapon!
