Young Cambodian Man Drowned
On 17th September 2018 in Kampong Thom, 29 year old 'P' drowned. He had been drinking whilst out on a boat, his body was not found until the next day.

Looks like a head injury to me .. I would be asking was he with anyone else that night? .. Is there any blood on the boat he was in that may indicate where the injury happened?, slipped& banged his head?
