Great tip from Brazil to foreign governments - reduce spending on costly prisons by allowing the criminals to kill each other. Brazil should just have big rooms to send these guys to, full of knives. No need for cells or beds or bathrooms. Or death sentences. Pick up the big bits and hose down the drain the small ones. The situation sorts itself out by itself!
And televise that live on pay per view

I would not let the cops take me alive if I was a Brazilian criminal. Getting shot down by the cops is much better than being decapitated by a dull prison shank.
