I'm finding it hard to understand the direction the head is facing to the angle of the body. Can anybody logically explain the physics of the impalment?

OH I know this story, he wasn't trying to climb over the fence!! He jumped over that little wall on the side of the interstate without realizing there was like a 20 foot drop. He just landed on the fence and the force of the fall plus his weight ripped his body off
