Repost. The guy with the gun is an off duty Brazillian police office. The shot guys had attempted to rob him, one guy would rob him and pass the stolen stuff to the guys on the bike. Unfortunately for them the copper shot them all. Crime doesn't pay in brazil it seems.

I'm glad somebody explained it because for a minute I thought all of those guys were on one bike!!! Whew.... So, the guy that was looking up like he was trying to get up survived? Or did the cop bust one in him for good measure?

I spend alot of time working in brasil, there is no entrapment laws there, its prefectly legal to bait criminals out. The SOP of the Federal police in most cases is simply to kill the criminals, since 2002 or so they have gained the upper hand on the favelas by simply annihilating every criminal they find.
