Is that a homemade sidecar? Severe injuries for what looks like a minor accident. Parents ended up in an odd position too. Glad to see the little guy is ok, at least physically.

YES flip flops galore!! And money! Lots of money! And I count three possible pointers!! It's about time these countries went back to the dark ages of emergency response. Though, I'm impressed with the uniforms and the backboards.
