Yeah I was wondering the same thing, I saw the suture marks but they're only on the back. Hmm..

I too saw the suture marks which was strange. Either a machete or a scalpel used to reopen the wounds.

Wonder if he was still alive and they tried to stitch him up to save him, then removed the stitches after death to photograph the wounds. Good post.
