His name was Carlos De La Sota, I believe the drawings were part of the investigation.

i was going to comment that this is one of very few that would qualify as an accident,but nope,someone is responsible for not inspecting and replacing that cable.therefore..not an accident,which are truly very rare.there's always a cause and 90% (my guesstimate) of situations are avoidable.
