I think dude was on top of that grate trying to manipulate the other grate hanging from a hoist(note 3rd pic right upper corner skid on forklift to gain access to top of crate) when a gusts of wind or the hoist operator made a sudden unexpected movement to the right and we can see the end result. Ppl are always trying to push or pull heavy equipment hanging from hoist to get them in the right position.  |
