Work-related Injury

16 year old girl working in unsafe conditions at a Mexican sweatshop. I believe the machine she was using was for shucking corn. In any event, her scarf (which she never should have been wearing around machinery) became entangled in the moving parts of the machine.

Cause of death (as evidenced by the ligature marks and urine-soaked pants) was death by strangulation according to the ME.

The jobsite is being investigated for charges of wrongful death.
