My mother used to work in a manufacturing plant and when ever she told me stories about work, those pics are what I thought of.

By looking at the pics, I can tell that this was an accident.This dude ignored one important saftey warning for lathe operators and other similar machines, do not wear loose clothing when operating the lathe.
