Well, this is how it happened. Mr. Jeremy was a hefty man, some 350+ pounds. He was a truck driver. His truck broke down mid-route, and he had to find the problem, and FAST. Of course, when a dump truck breaks down, the first place you look is between the cab and the box. Mr. Jeremy, being the rotund man he is, was slightly over the weight limit of that specific part of the truck, and it folded in on him, rather like a lawn chair. He hung there for quite some time, thrashing and flopping for all he was worth, effectively burning around 175 pounds during his struggle. Oh, and then he died.
