that's a strange one, there's not much blood concidering the injury, and i can see at least 2 not so old scar's close to her throat, so maybe he's tryed b4, how sad for her.  |

damn, i use those box cutters where i work and that had to be a brutally painful way to die...bc there isnt much of the blade exposed...slash slash slash...
