I'm gonna go with paper cut on this one. Probably goofing off in the office by flicking paper clips with rubber bands and making paper planes. The paper airplane flew by and bam...workers comp.

This is why i dont like the current judiciary system. that girl lies horribly dead there while the killer, even if you catch him, will be sentenced life and then taxpayers money will feed, clothe him and give him lodgings till he finishes his sentence where he will be released to kill another day.
