Thats all you see in those Asian countries are people on scooters or motorcycles dying because of trauma to the head because they werent wearing helmets.You would think that maybe people would start realizing or I guess maybe its the mentality that it wont happen to me.i would like to understand if someone could explain if they are familiar with that part of the world.
