Hard to tell but from what I can see, it’s not a box she was in, it was a parcel-taped suitcase and it wasn’t completely sealed. If you look at the bottom of the package you see that it was leaking - there’s pinkish stains like the suitcase they remove her from.

My guess is it probably smelled as the body began to decay. Looked like she was bled out (why the wrist was sliced so deep) but there was some fluids maybe leaking and a bit of blood remaining.

Poor girl.
