Woman Thrown Out of a Car, Strangled to Death
Currently unidentified, but estimated to be between 25-35 years old, the body of a woman was witnessed being thrown out of a car early yesterday morning. Witnesses called the police immediately, but when they arrived it was clear the woman was already dead. She had a length of cell phone charger cable wrapped tightly around her neck and her body exhibited multiple signs of death by ligature strangulation. A sign was thrown out alongside her body that read (loosely) "The debt of treachery will be repaid with sorrow." Her body was discovered around 5am by several cab drivers coming to work, as she was lying near to the cab stand. One of them granted an interview to the local news blogger saying, "We got to work around 5 and the first one at the site gave a holler because he saw the girl lying in the road. We went for a look and could see no blood. But we looked and knew she was dead anyway. There was no blood, but we saw a white cord around her neck other signs that showed she died strangled" |

Certainly possible. Though equally possible that she sang, or tipped a rival gang to a product, or any number of things. It doesn't take much to get dead in Edomex when either you or a family member are connected in even an insignificant way. Still no ID on her. |
